Welcome to EMT Skill-Sheets
and Workbooks
Here you will find loose-leaf workbooks
containing skill-sheets developed as
student handouts for skill development,
scenario role playing and
instructor-specific course materials.
An EMT Prepares: 100 Role Playing Scenarios
This loose-leaf book contains 100 EMT scenarios, covering all patient types and situations. There are two interactive Role Sheets for each scenario: The Responder Role and The Patient Role. The Responder Role Sheet contains dispatch and initial scene information. The responder is then expected to perform the skills necessary by clues given by the patient and the instructor on completion of specific routine assessments. The Patient Role Sheet contains a brief description of what happened to the patient and lists any physical or verbal reaction the patient may display. Each scnario also has an Instructor's Evaluation Sheet that provides a brief description of the initial scene, lists the patient's condition, and has an inventory of signs and symptoms that may be disclosed to the responder if the responder performs the skills necessary to render the information available. The Instructor Evaluation Sheet also has a column in which the Instructor can take notes about the actions of the role players. 2ed.
